Festuca Green is a drought, heat, and poor soil tolerant plant that is low growing. It forms green gray tufts that are 4 to 10 inches tall. It is useful for sunny or partially shaded areas. To care for it you must place it in dry, well-drained soil of poor to moderate fertility in full sun. It must also be divided every few years.
